FAQs

Is 8 days enough to complete a quality record?

Yes. The program is designed to help you complete one high-quality, release-ready song from concept to final mix within the 8-day schedule.

You’ll have access to professional producers, engineers, and facilities throughout the process, ensuring each track meets commercial standards.

Some artists even walk away with multiple songs or collaborations to develop further after the event.

What are the requirements for participation?

Applicants should have released at least 4 singles or 1 full album within the last three years and possess experience recording in professional studio environments. Artists should also be fluent in English for studio communication and prepared to actively contribute in writing and production sessions.

What should I prepare for my trip?

Bring your essentials for creating and performing — your laptop, hard drive, stems, lyrics, and any instruments or tools you rely on. We recommend arriving with a few unfinished or developing ideas that could evolve during the sessions.

Plan ahead for travel, lodging, and daily transport (except for the group Industry Tour day, which is covered).

Can my manager or teammate join me?

Managers, collaborators, and team members are welcome to attend select events such as the final Industry Showcase, but studio sessions and workshops are reserved for participating artists only to maintain a focused and creative environment. Additional passes for the showcase may be requested depending on capacity.

How are copyrights structured?

All works created during The Bridge remain the property of the contributing artists and collaborators.

If songs are co-written or co-produced with other participants or Apex producers, standard industry songwriting splits will be agreed upon and documented before release.

Apex does not claim ownership or publishing rights to your music; our role is facilitation, not exploitation.
